Please note: we take great care to ensure your candles are packaged securely for shipping. Each candle is carefully affixed inside its box to prevent movement, however once in transit, parcels may be handled roughly by postal services. In rare cases, a candle may come loose inside the packaging — if this happens, simply open the box, reposition it gently, and reseal. We appreciate your understanding and always do our best to send them in perfect condition.
