Please note:
We take great care to ensure your Christmas gift boxes arrive in perfect condition. Each candle is secured to the white base using strong glue dots, and we add extra protection by filling the gift box with packing peanuts to minimise movement during transit.
However, during postage, parcels can be handled unpredictably. This may occasionally cause the candle to detach from its glue dots. If this happens, don’t worry — the candle isn’t damaged and can easily be repositioned.
To open your gift box correctly without removing the ribbon:
Do not untie the ribbon — the box does not open from the top.
Open the side flap of the clear box.
Slide the white base tray out gently.
The packing peanuts will fall out or can be removed easily.
Simply slide the white base (with the candle on it) back into the box and close the side flap.
